Mark Alvisi

Mark and Hany have been working together since after the 2008 USA's. Mark placed 2nd at the 2008 National's and after making a lot of improvements in the off-season he brought an incredible package to the 2009 USA's and won the overall title and earned his pro card.

Tamer El-Guindy

Tamer "the razor" and Hany have been working together on and off for several years now. Most recently, Hany and Tamer joined forces again after not working togther last year (2008) and prepared for the 2009 USA's where Tamer placed 1st in a tough light heavyweight class and fell just shy of being awarded one of the three pro cards given out this year. He has the heart of a lion and a beautiful and supportive girlfriend, IFBB Pro Zhanna Rotar, and we are happy to have him be a part of Team FST-7 once again. Look out for him at the 2009 National's and in the highly anticipated, soon to be released FST-7 training video with Jay Cutler and Phil Heath.

Susan Salazar

Susan and Hany started working together for the 2009 USAs where she placed 3rd in a very tough top 5 line-up. With the help of Hany she placed top 3 in a Pro Qualifier where in the past 2 years she was not able to break the top 15. Hany brought her down from 120 lbs on stage to 107 lbs and she looked incredible. She is currently aiming to get her pro card at the 2009 Team Universe. Good luck Susan!

Branden Ray

Branden and Hany started working together for the 2009 USAs and worked specifically on bringing up his back and conditioning. He placed 2nd to client Tamer El-Guindy in a tough light heavy class. Hany and Branden are currently working together for the 2009 National's.

Kristal Richardson

Kristal Richardson and I started working together for her first show at the Steel Rose in San Francisco in 2006. She won her class and the overall at that competition. We decided to ride the momentum and enter the North Americans a few months later where she received her IFBB Pro Card in just her second show! Kristal and I continue to work together and this year she qualified to compete in the Ms. Figure Olympia by placing 3rd at the Jacksonville Pro Figure.

Curtis Bryant

Curtis Bryant and I started working together last year. I helped turn Curtis Pro this year at the 2008 USA's as a Light Heavy. He made his Pro Debut a couple of weeks later at the Europa Pro where he qualified for the 2008 Mr. Olympia, under 202 lb. We are currently preparing for that show. Congratulations Curtis!

Desha Rodriguez
