I just wanted to send a quick shout out to Kristal Richardson for taking 4th at the Arnold Classic Pro Figure this last weekend. She has worked very hard to bring up her "lagging" bodyparts. Her hard work really paid off with a fantastic 4th place finish!

Look for Kristal to sit it out till the Olympia in September where we can continue dialing in her physique and maximizing her fullness.
