nice reply... and yes you are right, we all respond differently. I too like like the that 4-8 rep range, and use that when I am seeking to add more strength.

Hey Guys, My name is Joe Ohrablo and I'm a natural bodybuilder who has a pro card with the uSBF. If you look at my profile you will see my story on how I came back after a severe injury I suffered back in December of 2008. I wanted to say I use FST-7 in conjunction with a non linear periodization split. I train one week extremely heavy with compound movments as my focus. Low reps, longer rest periods, etc. On the second week I train with high volume, higher intenisty and with higher rep sets. I also go to failure with more sets overall on the intense weeks. I've been incoperating FST-7 into my intense weeks with some awesome results. I've never been fuller, rounder or thicker. This is my current split:

day1-hams and abs
day 2-chest and calves
day3-back
day 4-off
day 5-quads and calves
day 6-shoulders, traps and abs
day 7-arms
day 8 -off

I dont use FST-7 for chest, back or front delts because they are my best bodyparts. I do the program for quads, triceps and either side or rear delts every week and biceps and hamstrings every other. I'ts an awesome program and I am eager to try variations to fill my quads out even more (again read my homepage so you can see why!) I'm 15 weeks out from my "comeback competition" and will keep you guys posted on my progress!!

Welcome to the forums bro, I checked out your pics and you have an awesome physique. I would definitely like to follow your progress leading up to this show. You have an insane twisting half lat pose, i was amazed to see how thick your back actually is. I noticed those pics are from 07? How're the quads/hams looking now leading into the show? I'm assuming they're much thicker. Good luck with your preparation, hope all goes well.

Victor Martinez: At this point my triceps are exploding, they're redicolous. If you can see them 3-D then..you've been slapped by a Victor Martinez tricep. LOL..

Ronnie Coleman: Everybody wanna be a bodybuilder...but ain't nobody wanna lift this heavy ass weight! I do it though!!!!

Hey man thanks for the compliments!!! suprising enough the quads look pretty much like they did before the accident. The shape may be slightly off and the lower quad thickness may be a TAD less then before, but it seems the FST-7 is really helping keeping the quads full and thick. Check out my blog on my website to check out my workouts!! I'll post a link here each time I post. Here is the basic link to the blog section

Not to be a jerk...but your "NLP" style is amazingly similar to the way Dr. Joe Klemsczewski does his.

How much influence was his routine in the way you do it?
